Notification Issue

Notification Issue

Dear team ,
I have problems with notifications . Opmanager not ever notice the problems through email .
After many tests , I set notification profiles as attached images ( in this case for virtual machines ) . but even if I turn off the server , I do not ever get a notification .

what's wrong?
