Notification Profile based on Alert type

Notification Profile based on Alert type

Hi All,

We have 3 email ids to be configured for three different alert profiles i.e.
Critical: email goes to Level-3 Engineers
Trouble: Email goes to Level-2 Engineers
Attention: Email goes to HelpDesk.

Let me know how to get this configured.
