Ideally I would like to have a different template in use for different groups in Servicedesk e.g.
business rules move the request to technician group 'techgroupa'
requester receives acknowledgement email, with template 'techgroupa'
business rules move the request to technician group 'techgroupb'
requester receives acknowledgement email, with template 'techgroupb'
business rules move the request to technician group 'techgroupc'
requester receives acknowledgement email, with template 'techgroupc'
Please let me know if this is possible or if you can suggest a different approach to achieve the same.
