I do consolidated reporting on help desk performance using powerpoint.

I know that you can connect to a SQL DB from a spreadsheet and then you can insert that spreadsheet into your presentation.

How can I connect to Service Desk plus?

I would like to extract incidents by category data while I do not want to use the built in reports or want to move data manually each month.
