Op manager has identified a vm that is reporting down. but its up. i have firewall rules to allow Op manager to vm.

Op manager does not issue a alert reporting it down but it does show it down on its webpage. also it lists trouble on both network interfaces below.

does any one know what this means and a possible resolution to it? this just started happening recently and previously never had this issue.
