i have an issue with device discovery in OPMANAGER v12.

My current install is set on a US Windows 2012r2 Virtual server and Postgres SQL (french language interface).

when I discover à device all the device interface name are set with junk characters. (see image below)

I dont have this issue with 2008x64 windows server and opmanager v11.600. But i have it with 2008r2 and 2012r2 server, french or US install and french and US opmanager interface install.

Do someone have this issue and has resolve it?
