OpManager and eSensors temperature probe not saving data

We have an Websensor EM08 and I have set it up OpManager to see it and created a device template for it. I tried to setup threshold monitors for temperature and humidity too high / low. I can click the Test Monitor button and it shows the temperature or humidity level. I have also selected "Yes, I need graphs." But when I try to pull up a graph or I go into the monitor I have setup, there is no data.

So in summary, I have set it up, confirmed that it can retrieve data, and said I want it to store the data. But it does not. In addition, it is not only not saving the data, it is also ignoring the thresholds I have set and not sending me alarms.
