OpManager Build 11500 SNMP (and some WMI) based monitoring is unaccurate to say the least.
I installed that version as brand new installation few weeks ago, and added few systems just to see if I can recommend this app to my bosses. We added about 12 different servers and so far we see the following problems.
SNMP
Example 1: Disk Utilization above 100% (180-220) while WMI shows correct value of 37%
Example2: 1GB Interface is detected as 100MB interface
WMI
Threshold of "Number of connections to Exchange server" is under 200, which is way to low.
Is there a patch or fix for it? I really cannot afford micromanage monitoring of 500+ servers.
