Opmanager not detecting MS Exchange / SQL server machines
Hello All,
I am evaluating OpManager 8 to mange my servers. Opmanager is detecting my Domain controller machines correctly and showing it under active directory tab and showing all active directory services. But it is not detecting my exchange server machines ( CAS , MAILBOX ) , Opmanger show them like a normal machine and dont show any Exchange server dashboard and services.
Same is the problem with SQL server machines.
Basically it is not showing Exchange / Sql Server Dashboard , like it is showing for Active directory.
i am using opManager for first time, so i dont know much about it .
Do i have to add Exchange server / SQL server monitors. But in case of Active directory it works automatically?
by the way ,i am monitoring windows 2008 server R2 machines and opmanager is also installed on win2008 r2.
