OpManager to monitor free space on NTFS mounted volumes

OpManager to monitor free space on NTFS mounted volumes

We are looking to monitor the free space/used space on several NTFS mounted drives.  I have tried the Folder monitor but errors arise from no files.  Is this the correct method to be monitoring these drives?

NetApp LUNs -->  NTFS folder mounted drives on Server 2012 R2.
