Opmanager upgrade

I am not going to point my frustration here, but how are you compensate your customers that can not upgrade from 11.6 to 12?

Also your communication to your customers is beyond any level, i am only receiving mail about your new product and how great they are, but not any communication about the upgrade to version 12.
