OpManager v12 - cannot trigger email by the same SNMP trap for the same device

OpManager v12 - cannot trigger email by the same SNMP trap for the same device

I had set to send email when recevied a SNMP trap at the OpManager v12.

However, I found that if I do not go into the web GUI of OpManager to clear the old alarm, I cannot recieve further email if the same SNMP trap recieved for the same device again.

So can I set OpManger to send an email every time when a SNMP trap is recieved? (Even the same SNMP trap recieved for the same device again before I clear the alarm)
