I added an oracle database 10g into application manager without any error, but it can not fetch any data. all tabs are empty with no data and health and availability is grey as shown in attached snapshot.

FYI: the user on the Oracle DB has 'CONNECT' and 'SELECT_CATALOG_ROLE'  privileges. I have added oracle 11g and 12C without any issue and all tabs have related data.
