Password Manager Pro Not Loading

After the security updates, I can no longer access the Password Manager Pro. On Firefox it says "Secure Connection Failed", previously it would have an advanced button and then you could add a temporary exception. On Internet explorer there is also no longer an exception option but an error message saying the page can't be displayed with the suggestion "Turn on TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, and TLS 1.2 in Advanced settings and try connecting again.
