Patch 8101 gives me error "...not compatible with this product" ?

My first issue is when I attempted to move from version build 8009 to 8101 I get the error "The file that you have specified is not compatible with this product.". The patch file is "ManageEngine_SupportCenter_Plus_8_1_0_SP-0_1_0.ppm". 

My motivation to upgrade was that RC4 was enabled and I wanted to remove it. I looked in "/opt/ManageEngine/SupportCenter/server/default/deploy/jbossweb-tomcat50.sar/server.xml" and tried to remove support for both TLS1 and "TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_RC4_128_SHA".  Oddly when I checked again at entrust.ssllabs.com it somehow enabled SSL3. 

So I guess first step is to patch, then see if any insure ciphers are still supported.
