Personal Password - Issues with using & in category name

After upgrading PMP to 8604, one of our users reported an issue where they could not get to the 2nd page of passwords under a custom category in 'My Personal Passwords'.
After some trial and error, it turns out that by having '&' in the category name, PMP doesn't respond to any clicks/commands to move to the 2nd page OR to view 50/75/100 accounts.

By changing the '&' to 'and', those above functions worked again!

Not really an issue for us now that we understand why it wasn't working, but just rather odd as it used to work in versions 85xx and 84xx.
