i deploy failover cluster for opmanager on windows server 2008r2 with MSSQL. i have installed primary server , then i install standby server . I can telnet from standby server to primary server . But i receive notification " primary server is not running in the given host/port . kindly check the primary detail ". 

please help me fix error.
