Polling of CBQos-Data stoppes frequently

Polling of CBQos-Data stoppes frequently

I am polling several Cisco Devices for CBQos-Data. It is working a couple of hours wihtout any trouble but stoppes frequently. When i go to the Interfaceconfiguration of the CBQos polling and submit the actual polling config again it will start again. Currently I am using the Netflow Analyzer 9.6 Demo.
