Problem Updating Password Manager Pro

I am currently using Password Manager Pro version 8.1.0 (Build 8101).

I recently noticed there were three updates which we could apply, which I was planning on completing last night. I have completed updates previously so was confident this would work.

Update "8100_8101_8102_to_8200" was downloaded and ready to be applied, however I ran into issues when attempting the update.

Upon running 'Update Manager' from the <PMP>/bin folder and selecting the ppm update file, I received a message saying that "The file may be corrupted or check for available disk space". There is currently 20+ GB of space on the hard drive so I don't think that is a problem. I also re-downloaded the software update to make sure this hadn't become corrupt during the initial download, but I had the same problem with the new download.

One thing I did notice was that when launching the Update Manager the following message was displayed in a cmd pop-up box:

This was when I ran the update manager as my administrator account (the account I am logged into the server as). When trying to run the Update Manager as my normal non-admin account I got a different message:

I have checked the Java version and this is current on Java 7 Update 71. This was upgrade to this version when we last installed an update. I know the instructions specify that the Java version should be Jave 7 Update 51. Will this make a difference?

I have also attached a few of the update manager logs from when I was attempting to run the upgrade.

Do you have any ideas why this is not working?
