Problem with AD in SDP

Hi,

I have problem with AD in SDP. I receive bellow message in SDP log, when I am importing  AD:


[10:09:36:841]|[06-13-2017]|[com.manageengine.servicedesk.servlet.ClientLogServlet]|[SEVERE]|[127]|: Login user(id):3, Error occurred-->Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token <, in file name:http://localhost:6060/ImportADUsers.do, at line number:236|

What is problem?

Hi Hamid,

Greetings!

Please follow the below steps and check if this resolves the issue,

  • Stop ServiceDesk Plus from services.msc console.
  • Go to the directory ../ManageEngine/ServiceDesk/applications, rename the extracted folder to extracted_old.
  • Start ServiceDesk Plus application and check if you are able to import the Users from AD.

If the issue still persists, create Support file under Community/Support tab and send it to us for further analysis.
