problem with "Configure Access URL"

problem with "Configure Access URL"

Anyone else run into an issue where making changes to the "Configure Access URL" are not retained?
We managed to replace the SSL cert easily enough, ADSelfService Plus server is behind a proxy and we need it to respond on a different URL.
Attempts to change the Access URL and port to 443 produce no response when clicking the save button and revert to default when the admin page is reloaded.
