Problem with NCM plug-in

Hi to all,
i installed OpManager with the NCD plug-in, but it doesn't work properly.
When i click to Switch->Device Expert, the browser redirect to the OpManager's home page.
I found the current log file in this directory OpManager>ncm>logs>ncm_2014-03-14:
