Problem with opening attachments in the purchase request

Problem with opening attachments in the purchase request

Hello,
We have a problem with opening attachments in the purchase request.
After clicking on the link of any file attachments opens a new page with the message "null". However, the files in the appropriate folder exists.

P.S. We use ServiceDesk Plus Enterprise (Multilanguage Edition)  9.2  Build  9241
