I am running the latest version of the service desk plus app and the latest version of service desk plus.

However i don't receive push notifications. If I go into the app then i will get see the 1 comes up or however many jobs i have but i dont get an alert. Can you please tell me why this is? its all set up on my phone and on my helpdesk but dont get anything unless i go into the app.
