I am using the Application Manager module in OpManger.  I created a PowerShell script to test the availability  of two API's.    The script runs correctly and creates an output file on the local server.  Here is the output in the text file:

v3.4=0

v3.3=0

"0" is up and "1" is down.  This file is updated every 5 minutes or when I "Poll now" from the monitor dashboard.

My problem is that the monitor does not change, regardless of the text file.  It does not appear to be  reading the text file.  I have the script to force a "1" for each value and it does to provide a warning.  The "Value" in the dashboard is showing "No Data Available".

What do I need to do so the monitor will read the output file?
