Remote Control - can no longer have two techs connected at the same time.
This feature used to work, now it brings up the screen and never fully connects.
Is that feature still available and is there anything I can do to fix the problem? This happens across multiple browsers and computers.
We are running
Build Version:10.0.91 currently.
