Hi, I need help.
I have 3 lines of support. I need to make a report on how many requests processed the first line of support. There are applications that close the first line. But the report on closed applications does not suit me, I need to understand how many applications I received on the first line, how many they processed and transferred to the next support line. Is it possible to make such a report?
