I tried to install it, per the instructions in the Troubleshooting tool and get an error that says 'This installation package is not supported by this processor type.  Contact your product vendor.'

I guess what I would like to know is what is the EWS Managed API, what does it do and can I get along without installing it?

Has anyone seen this or know what it is all about?
