Report on tickets not updated

Report on tickets not updated

Hi,

I have been looking within Zoho reports for a report that reports on tickets that have not been updated in x amount of time. This would be a useful report as to ensure that tickets are not sat with no action being taken on them.

Does this functionality exist within Zoho reports?
