Report to show requests per hour of the day
I need a report to show requests per hour of the day for a filtered date range. So I can ensure that I have adequate technicians available during the day.
E.g. 24 columns (1 for each hour of the day) showing total requests made and the ability to filter for the previous month or any date range.
