Request Conversation call in Rest API MSP

Hi,

I want to know when it will be supported REST API method  GET_CONVERSATIONS in ServiceDesk Plus MSP

Now, if call this method, the return msg is

{"operation":{"result":{"status":"Failed","message":"Invalid operation"}}}
