Request Creation through EMail not working.
Hello Team,
We have problem with fetching emails. when we click on start fetch emails, showing fetching status as running for some time and suddenly got stopped.
I tried sending test emails to the incoming mail id, but request is not getting created. Please advice us on this. Below are the mail server settings.
