Require Network Bandwidth Splitter / Allocater
Hi Helpdesk,
One of my client requires bandwidth Splitter / Allocator for network . For example users for a particular range of Ip address or all users in a network must be allotted a stipulated bandwidth and should not exceed that .
Please notify if there are any tools for that
