Hi,

I would like to know if service desk has any feature or plug-ins that will allow technicians to create logs/entry like in project module for research and development.

We have enterprise version and currently we are using separate application to manage it. But if this is available then we can integrate it to change management and projects module which will be more beneficial to us.
