I manage to get a user to register 3 questions, but when she tried validation process. Questions were shuffled, is there anyway to stop that?.

Example:

During registration user answer question 1,2 and 3 but during validation questions 2 will be first one, 3  will be 2 and 1 will be 3.

I need questions to appear same way as they appear during registration.
