Rest API GET Incident - Additional Fields
We have an "Incident - Additonal Field" called "Location." This is a Pick List. I am needed help with doing an API call to get the Items in the list as they change from time to time.I am using PowerShell if that helps. I've been able to successfully create tickets using the API but I am needing this information as it is a required field for us.
