I've created a list of 700 users as part of a project at work. These are all going to be production users, but many haven't logged in yet. Every morning I see over 1300 users in the Restricted Users OU under the License Management of the Admin tab. I unrestrict them all every morning, and they all stay unrestricted until the following morning, when they are all restricted again. I don't have any Restricted Users Schedulers programmed.
