RPC server is unavailable ( Windows service monitor free tools)

RPC server is unavailable ( Windows service monitor free tools)

Hi, i'm trying to setup this free tools and when i want to add a domain, i got the message "The RPC server is unavailable"
WMI and RPC services are running.

Any idea what can cause this ?
