Sampling for SIP traffic

Sampling for SIP traffic

Hi,

I have enabled Netflow in Cisco 7609-S for monitoring SIP traffic only. I found that IN traffic is OK but the OUT traffic is not correct. What should be the accurate sampling rate for SIP traffic?
