Dear support,

I ciold not login to the sap CRM server 7.10. I tested SAP connectivity by  SAPDebug.sh script from /opt/ME/AppManager10/bin/troubleshooting folder, but it gave me error : "Unable to establish connection with the SAP system. Check if the User Name and Password is correct." All necessary parameters I have set using this post:  http://forums.manageengine.com/topic/appmanager-10-sap-server-monitor.

It seems to me, that I have to set a mandete number for sap autentication.

Thank you for contacting us.Yes all the fields are necessary like Logon Client,System Number,User Name & Password.

Let me know if you are able to connect to the SAP system using SAP Log on client with the same credentials.

Yes, I am able to concect to the SAP system using SAP Log on client with the same credentials. I have tried different users cretitals including the administrator account. I am able to connect using SAP Logon, but SAPDebug.sh script retuns the same error "Unable to establish connection with the SAP system. Check if the User Name and Password is correct.".

Please note that while creating a SAP monitor, you need a SAP user profile with the following authorization objects: S_RFC, S_XMI_LOG and S_XMI_PROD which are minimum prerequisites for adding a SAP monitor.

Verify that the user you are trying has these authorization objects and then update us.

Also let me know if you have firewall between the SAP system and the Applications Manager system.

I have read about this in the Application Manager documentation.

I tried SAP administrator account, that had all privilegs, but result was the same.

I do not have any firewalls between the SAP system and the Applications Manager system.

Thank you for the update.

Just want to make sure that after you concect to the SAP system using SAP Log on client with the same credentials did you do RZ 20 Transaction in that.
