SDPOndemand - Looking forwards
Hello guys,
Is there any progression being made in SDPOndemand in terms of future development? Since 06/2016 things have been eerily quiet. There have been enhancements and improvements, but these are rather minor in comparison with the progression SDP on-premises has made in the same timeframe. Instead of some minor enhancements (datetime changes, project templates additional fields for templates, dashboard cust, credential library, ... not saying these changes were not needed... but...) i would rather like to see some form of progression on:
- Search enhancements (this is a real, real pain currently) - search does not work as good as it should: it does not search in additionally created fields, it does not search in ticket content, etc...
- Form enhancements - form editor and form fields are still rudimentary
- CMDB module - self-explanatory
- Meeting module - for keeping track of meetings and related meeting documents and reports, and being able to link meetings to requests and projects
- Theme enhancements
- Asset enhancements - adding pictures, ... more flexible interface...
- QR-code generate support so we can print and label our hardware accordingly (don't introduce an obsolete barcode please...)
- etc...
