Security/Permissions for Task Worklog

Hello,

I was wondering if it is possible to limit permissions on the task work log in Service Desk? If an individual is an owner on the task can we make it so they can only see their work log details for the task and no one besides them?

Good day!


As per current application design, we cannot restrict Technicians to view only their Tasks and Worklog. However, this is available in our Feature List and will be added to the product in one of our future updates on priority basis.
