Send on Behalf of from requests catalogue
We recently enabled the Send of Behalf of feature for our request catalog but currently users only have the option to select users who have both the same Department name and Site location as them. Is it possible that we can configure it to ignore the site location part and just allow them to select users who are in the same department, regardless of the location? All of this information is brought in from Active Directory if that matters.
