Sending alerts on the fly
It would be great when viewing an alert you could send it to an action e-mail address.
For example, a none action configured alert is triggered, on viewing the alert you could click on a button and select say yourself and/or the service desk e-mail address so the alert and all it's details are e-mailed to the recipient with also possibly a free text additional notes for further investigation by the recipient .
Or this could be an option when Annotations are clicked.
