Service discovery issue

When we initially 'auto discover' the resources, it imported all windows hosts from the active directory. I have selected the PMP windows host as the resource to test, and clicked on "Discover accounts", it only discovered 'administrator' windows account. When I tried to click on "Service accounts" button with password manager service account, it says "None of the services given in the given resource xxx\xxx_xxxx as their service account" error. How could PMP application can't even find it's own service account in the windows host where it is running?

Just to give a background, all the service accounts are in AD, and configured to run each application including Password Manager. How do we discover and manage these service accounts given the above scenario?
