service fails to start
On reboot the ManageEngine ServiceDesk 4 service fails to start. When attempting to start the service manually the services console produces an error message:
"Could not start the ManageEngine ServiceDesk 4 service on local computer. Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly"
I have rebooted the computer multiple times only to receive the same result.
