Some questions...
1. Can I create additional options in the menu/sub-menu bars? For example, can I create an additional option on the menu bar for Questions that is similar in structure to Requests and Problems?
2. Can I change labels for any of the buttons in the menu/sub-menu bars? For instance can I modify the New Incident button under Requests say New Request instead of New Incident.
3. Can I combine Requests, Problems, and other types of Tickets into a single Ticket option in the menu bar. And have a single form/multiple templates based on the ticket type selected. For example Request Type would become Ticket Type with options for Request, Problem, Question, etc. And Categories/Sub-Categories/Items would be tied to the Ticket Type selected. The user would only have to deal with one form instead of a New Incident form, a New Problem form, etc.
4. How can I see what the ticket form would look like on a mobile phone?
