ServiceDesk Plus Blackberry Mobile Client HTTP 504 Error
Hi,
When trying to connect to SD via my Blackberry 8520 using the BB browser, I receive a HTTP 504 (Gateway Timeout) error. My colleague has an iPhone and this works fine for him. After looking around the forum, I've tried to go to http://server:port/mc from Firefox/IE on a desktop and this works fine.
Can anyone help please?
