Enhancements
MSPSDP-9231 : Enhancements in the 'Advanced Analytics' module. It will now include a new option to setup On-Premise integration using ManageEngine Analytics Plus. ManageEngine Analytics Plus is a self-service Business Intelligence and advanced analytics software.
Issues Fixed
MSPSDP-9173 : When we merge two tickets and a reply is sent to the merged request with the request ID of the child request in the subject, the reply gets created as a new ticket instead of getting merged as a conversation.
MSPSDP-9180 : Unable to pick a ticket in MSSQL 2000 or older versions.
MSPSDP-9189 : Contract expiry notification is sent everyday.
MSPSDP-9205 : Schedule tasks are not working in certain cases.
MSPSDP-9240 : In Change - Schedule calendar, day and month are shown as i18n keys instead of the proper strings.
MSPSDP-9241 : Chinese characters are shows as question marks in Telephony pop-up.
