ServiceDeskPlus - "Sending notification failed"

Hi,

I have configured "ServiceDeskPlus standard free edition", all is working fine, but when replying to requests am getting this error.

"Sending notification failed."

I have searched a lot but unable to get through. please advice.

fyi, Version is: 9.3 Build 9307
When I stop the service and then start it again, I can reply to one request only, then after it again starts giving the same error message "Sending notification failed".


In log file "C:\ManageEngine\ServiceDesk\server\default\log\serverout0.txt", enclosed the logs.
